Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

Today ("the app") is built to be private by design. The short version: your data stays on your device. We don't collect it, we can't see it, and we don't want it.

Data we collect

None. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics SDKs, no advertising trackers, and no third-party data sharing of any kind.

Where your data lives

Your tasks, streaks, statistics, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it. We have no servers holding a copy.

Notifications

Reminders and urgent re-alerts are scheduled locally on your device through Apple's notification system. Notification content never leaves your device.

Purchases

Subscriptions (Today Pro) are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We receive no payment details, card numbers, or billing information — Apple handles all of it under the Apple Privacy Policy. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it does not collect data at all.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever changes how data is handled (for example, an optional online leaderboard), this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly announced in the app before anything takes effect.
